Manyuu Hikenchou is quite scintillating...

If you are looking for an anime that is pure fanservice, then Manyuu Hikenchou is the anime for you. I have mentioned before that there are some anime that really know how to push the boundaries of their content, and this anime is definitely no exception. In an era where big breasts define a higher status in society, the anime thrusts us into the Taiheimeji Era, where a group of warriors known as the Manyuu Clan are tasked with the duty of ensuring more big breasted women emerge within this era with the use of a sacred scroll that shows secret techniques of how to grow big breasts. Enter Chifusa, a high ranking member of the clan who absconds with the scroll in an effort to stop this weird madness. Aided by her companion Kaede, a once big-breasted dame now tiny-breasted girl, they traverse the country, helping women of both breast sizes while staying one step ahead of the Manyuu Clan led by her vengeful big sister, Kagefusa, also suffering from the same travesty as Kaede.

Great detail went into the making of this anime, though some of the situations border on the ridiculous. The story is not the greatest, but it does prove quite hilarious at times. The anime spans 12 episodes + 4 OVA's. Hit the jump to the uncensored galleries and keep those tissues handy.
